Account Coordinator - Davie, Florida

Flair Design Studio is seeking an Account Coordinator to join its staff to ensure that our clients are being serviced impeccably throughout the customer relationship.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ownership of customer satisfaction
2. Maintaining and growing engagements with existing customers
3. Management of support resources to fulfill existing customer needs
4. Quoting support and project work for existing customer base
5. Project Management of small support projects for our existing customers
6. Helping Sales team with proposal writing and quoting, as needed
7. Leading client outreach

Requirements include:

1. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
2. Understanding of web technologies and terminology
3. Consultative approach to determine correct fit for customer needs
4. B.A. in marketing, communications, computer science or other relevant area of study
5. Strong track record in client-facing positions
6. Familiarity with Internet technologies and technical terms
7. Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail
8. Prior sales experience a plus
9. Positive, proactive attitude
